Cinis is an NPC that cannot be found in-game, and will not enter the elevator.
Appearance
Cinis has pale greenish-gray skin covered in stitches, scars and freckles. His hair is short, brown, and fairly messy. He wears a white long-sleeve dress shirt with a black waistcoat and pants. He also has a black tie and shoes. On top of his head is a large green frog with a cute face.He uses the Elder animation pack to make his movements look as if he is being dragged forwards by the frog. Cinis will stand very close to the rails of the elevator so that he can balance himself slightly better.
Trivia
Cinis spawns near the trashcans that can be found to the right when exiting the elevator.
If he is unable to enter the elevator, he walks into the road and disappears into one of the tunnels.
He can also be hit by cars while walking, which causes him to be flung in a similar way to players.
It is confirmed that Cinis is the frog and not the human, due to multiple dialogues where he almost refers to the frog as himself.
He controls the human’s body by pulling on their hair like in Ratatouille.
Cinis has the intelligence of a human despite being a frog. He is also able to speak, although it is unclear how he does so.
The human is a dead body that Cinis found and took control of in order to fit into society properly.
Even though they’re dead, the corpse is still intact enough to move. If their body decays more, he would be unable to control them properly.
Once the body stops being able to move, he would likely replace it with a new one and pretend to be someone else.
The human died from being hit by a car on Superhighway. Their body was left in a trashcan before eventually being found by Cinis.
The frog that can be found on the Jeremy floor is Cinis' cousin.
He dislikes Fish because it was rude to his cousin.
Cinis is an American green tree frog (Dryophytes cinereus/Hyla cinerea).

Just Your Average Sword Fight Game
Cinis somehow found himself on Sword Fight Island after getting off the elevator on The Heights.
He sits on a log in the middle of the river and offers quests related to jumping.
